We deliver your order within 1-7working days.Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 9 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints. For Indian Customers.

International Locations And DeliveryDelivery Time  Will Take 20 To 25 Days from Economical Shipping Depending On Your Location. Processing start After receiving payment - It takes 48 to 72 Hours. If you need fast shipping, Than After Placing order you can e mail us on office@onlinemedicalstore.com & pay difference amount we will ship it from DHL OR FEDEX. Any Charges applicable by custom , than customer is liable to pay .

 

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 72hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

 

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be applicable if you order any product for full order, part order,In case of return or Exchange.

 Cancellation,Refund, Return & Refund Policy -  Once you make payment & than you plan to cancel for any reason,than cancellation charge of 15% is

  Applicable. For Indian Customer Flat Inr 100 is applicable.

  Online Medical Store believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the online medical store.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

 

Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Costumer Service number.

 

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

 

Conditions for return:

 

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

 

Refunds:

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Online Medical Store.in or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.

 

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. Cancellation charge 15% Applicable. Shipping Charges Both Ways Applicable.
  • we strive hardto service all our orders. However, in case we cannot, we will refund the cost of the product either by store credit  After Deducting Shipping Charge.
